2. Orders & Payment

All orders must be placed through our secure checkout system. We accept payments via Square, PayPal, credit/debit cards. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to the US. Processing times may vary depending on whether the product is handmade or ready-to-ship. Estimated processing times are listed in each product description. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and/or digital nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@cavehillwoodco.com, and we’ll work with you to make it right. Digital products (downloads, printables, planners, stickers, etc.) are non-refundable once delivered.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, products, photos, and content on this website are the property of Cave Hill Wood Co. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our designs without written permission. Purchases of digital products are for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cave Hill Wood Co. is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use of our products. Some products may contain small parts and are not suitable for children. Use at your own discretion.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless already shipped or delivered. Custom orders cannot be canceled once work has begun.
