Most order are shipped via USPS within 3 business days of your order (The production time for an order depends on various factors, including the time of year, product availability, and order size. In general, most orders are shipped within 2-7 business days after the order is submitted). However, it’s important to note that the fulfillment timeframe may vary for each order. Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery. We make every attempt to deliver your product as fast as possible but we cannot guarantee delivery time. To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly. During the holidays, please place your order at least one week prior to ensure timely delivery.

Required Signature

Deliveries to residential addresses typically do not require a signature, however, in the event that one is
required and no one is available to sign, a note will be left noting the attempted delivery. After three
attempt to deliver, the package will be returned to Cave Hill Wood Co..

Delivery to a PO box

• Delivery to a PO box is advised only for destinations in the United States. For other countries, delivery to a PO box is not advisable and is at the customer’s own risk.

Deliveries to a PO box might encounter delays or issues, even when the address guidelines are followed. Please note that if the address guidelines aren’t followed, or if order tracking confirms successful delivery, we won’t be able to offer compensation

Virtual/Downloadable Products

Any virtual or downloadable digital products will be emailed to the email address provided immediately after purchase. It may take a couple of minutes to get to your email.
